    Yes. Whether you are on a managed or a self-managed plan, your NDIS funding can be used with our service. 

  • Can I use my Veterans Affairs support to pay for cleaning services?

    As a household service, you can use your Veteran Affairs payments for a clean. You must be assessed to have a requirement for assistance with household tasks or suffered a service related injury or condition. 

  • Does my aged care provider pay for a clean?

    Yes, all Home Care Packages include domestic assistance. Your Home Care Package will vary the amount of money you will receive for a clean.

  • Will I be able to claim Clean Homes through my Workers Compensation?

    If you have received a compensable injury as a result of a workplace accident, you can claim our household cleaner services through the relevant provider. Each state has different rules regarding what qualifies you for assistance. You should check with your insurance case manager to make sure you can include the service in your rehabilitation cover.  

  • Will I be able to claim a house clean through my insurance?

    You should check with your insurance company whether you are able to claim household services for your injury. If you are covered by insurance then our service will be classed as a household service and can be claimed. 

  • Will I receive a receipt for the cleaning you provide?

    We understand that for most services, you will require proof that you used your plan money. Our cleaners can provide a receipt for the service that they provide. Please advise your cleaner prior to cleaning if you need consistent documentation of payment.
