If your NDIS plan includes Assistance with Daily Living (ADL) funding, you can use it to cover regular home cleaning. As a registered provider, Clean Homes can bill your plan manager or support coordinator directly, so there’s no cost to you and no invoices to manage.
We support all plan management types: plan-managed, self-managed, and NDIA-managed. Our service agreements comply with the NDIS Price Guide, and we maintain thorough records for your participant portal.

Check your NDIS plan
Your plan must include Assistance with Daily Living (ADL) funding — support item 01_020_0120_1_1. If you’re not sure, your support coordinator can confirm.

Call 1300 305 182 or complete our online form. Share your NDIS number and plan management type (plan managed, self managed, or NDIA managed).

If you need more cleaning hours than your NDIS plan currently funds, talk to your support coordinator about a plan review. We can also provide documentation of your cleaning needs to support a review request if required.
