How to set up Funded Cleaning Services

The process for setting up your cleaning service depends on your funding type. We’ve laid out each pathway below to make it as clear as possible.

Choose Your Funding Pathway

  • NDIS

    • 1 Confirm your plan includes Assistance with Daily Living (ADL) funding.
    • 2 Contact Clean Homes with your NDIS number and plan management type.
    • 3 We draft a service agreement and submit it to your plan manager or coordinator.
    • 4 Your first clean is scheduled, typically within 7 days.

  • Home Care Package

    • 1 Confirm you have an approved Home Care Package with your home care provider.
    • 2 Contact us and provide your provider's name and contact details.
    • 3 We liaises with your provider to agree on the service type and frequency.
    • 4 We begin cleaning under your approved care plan.

  • DVA

    • 1 Confirm eligibility with DVA or your treating GP (Gold, White, or Orange card holders).
    • 2 Contact Clean Homes with your DVA card number.
    • 3 We submits the DVA approval paperwork on your behalf.
    • 4 Your cleaning starts as soon as DVA approval is confirmed.

  • Private / Self-Pay

    • 1 Contact Clean Homes by phone, email, or via our online form.
    • 2 We confirm availability in your area and provide a pricing quote.
    • 3 You choose your schedule and preferred tasks.
    • 4 We match you with a dedicated cleaner and schedule your first visit.
